  • Produces high quality nuts that are easy to  split in half, yielding creamy to golden colored kernels with a rich flavor;

  • The tree grows to a mature height of more than 15m. 
  • It forms a beautiful and powerful tree, stands out for its early nut ripening and high resistance to scab. 
  • Lakota is a type 2 pollinator that bears in 6-7 years and matures in mid to late October, 2 weeks after Pawnee.
