- An old Czech variety of pear crane, which originated from a random German seedling of "arrow pear" and probably a whooping crane.
- It has small, about 5 cm, round, golden yellow fruits with an unusual spicy taste.
- They ripen in the first half of September.
- The fruits are suitable for direct consumption and compotes.
- It is not attacked by pear rust.
